Delivery & Returns
How is my item delivered?
Our delivery partner is Australia Post for all shipments within Australia. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We currently only post items from the Australian store within Australia and New Zealand. For USA residents, please refer to our USA store at us.thefurzy.com
We send all orders on the same day or following business day which is dependant on the time the order was placed. This allows us to ensure that the general rule of thumb is receiving your item within 2-8 business day.
If your order does not arrive within the 8 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee the safety of all parcels sent with a "signature on delivery". In the event that you are not at home to accept delivery, a card will be left with information to pick up from your nearest Post Office.

Do you have a returns policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on every Furzy sold. If for some reason you are unhappy with your Furzy, please contact us at email@example.com and we will organise the return.
Please note: The Furzy must be in original condition and returned with all tags and packaging that it was originally received in. If we receive the returned item in a condition that doesn't adhere to the above, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you.
